Mr. William F. "Bill" McMosley has been the conductor for the Salina Municipal Band since June 18, 2005. He has also been the Director of Bands at Kansas Wesleyan University since 1998.

Rehearsal Schedule
The Salina Municipal Band holds rehearsals on Monday evenings during the Summer (Tuesday on the week of Memorial Day). The proposed rehearsal schedule for Summer 2013 is as follows:
